This shed is designed as a DIY shed kit. Everything is pre-cut and all the hardware is included, so the assembly doesn't cost anything, given you do it yourself. The shed kit does not come with roofing materials, and has to be stained on the exterior. Expect to spend $300 on the synthetic shingle roofing and exterior stain or paint.
