You can use plywood or OSB boards and leave them bare, or install any flooring of choice on top of it, such as laminate, carpet, or even tile. Reclaimed wood is also a great option!
Depending on the type of foundation you will build your shed on, you may need to acquire pressure-treated 2x4s as runners to put the plywood on. When building on a treated wood foundation, you don't need the 2x4s. This post lists a number of foundation choices and floor/foundation dimensions for each shed model are specified here.
