You could add two double windows only on the back wall, there is not enough room on the side walls, where you could have one window on each wall. There should be no less than 12" from the end of the board to the window frame to keep it stable, and 12"+ between the two windows. We would recommend installing slotted studs in the corners to prevent the walls from bowing.
