How well do the walls insulate sound?

Would someone be able to raise their voice without someone on the exterior hearing with all the doors/windows closed?

The walls are 1 3/8" thick solid wood. While it does not insulate the sound completely, it is dampened significantly. You would likely hear the conversation is being had inside without being able to make out what's being said.
