Yes, there are no drawbacks to adding a sheet or OSB board on top of the roof.
Is it OK to put a sheet of OSB on top of roof boards before installing shingles? Brightoln 10 x 10 garden shed Home Office Sheds
Roof boards are only about 5/8" or 3/4" so short roofing nails would need to be used for shingles. Can I install OSB over top of roof boards before installing shingles?
