You may not need an additional foundation if the concrete yard is level. However, often yards are sloping slightly to allow for proper drainage. The shed foundation must be level though, and depending on the slope, shimming under the floor joists may be just enough, or you may need to pour concrete to make a level platform for the shed. In this case, a 12'1" x 10'1.25" rectangle.
