The shed must be installed as it comes in prefabricated pieces. In case you had insulation in mind, if you shed is going to sit in a sunny spot, insulating the roof would prevent it from heating, otherwise, insulation is unnecessary given how small the space is and any space heater or small AC unit is capable to keep it comfortable.
