The Bristhol is 13 ft by 11 ft nominally; the interior dimensions are closer to 12ft x 10ft. The difference is in the interlocking corner paddles. The size cannot be altered. The next smaller size is our Aspen 12 x 10 model, which is roughly 11x9 on the inside.
