Can this be converted to an outdoor sauna with roof, floor insulation? Can I add a small wall vent?

Yes, our sheds have been used as a sauna in the past. A wall vent won't be an issue, either! One of the customers shared building a freestanding indoor sauna inside the shed, with the remaining area left as a dressing room.
