If you want to personalize the interior of the shed, you can paint or stain it to your liking but from the technical perspective it's not necessary unless you are located in a very humid climate, such as southern Florida. For the ease of maintenance, we would recommend sealing the floor, which could be a clear coat, stain or paint, as otherwise, any spills or dirt would be difficult to clean.
