While it's not necessary to prime the wood, it would be helpful. Even with high quality paint like Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior pain, a primer helps to ensure even coating and longevity of the paint.
Should I primer before painting the exterior? Shiba 8 x 8 storage shed | 54 sq ft
I am using Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior paint but was wondering is primer is also required?
