The footprint at the foundation is 12'1" x 10' 1.25", and the interior is just under 12x10. The 13x11 is nominal, and includes the interlocking corners that fall outside of the wall perimeter.

What are the footprint dimensions of the Bristol 13 x 11, 117 ft2 shed? Obviously, 13x11 = 141 ft2, so the walls must be a little smaller than 13 and 11 feet.
